If you stopped production tomorrow, does the agency hold steady or does it stop with you?
On a Sunday, mid-flight, or on holiday - is the business running, or are you?
If the answer to both is "me," let's stop calling this a firm.
You don't own an agency.
You own a demanding, high-paying job.
You are the BOTTLENECK.
7:00 AM. You log into the team chat and already know how the week will go.
By mid-morning you're closing a high-stakes case yourself, because it feels too dangerous to hand off.
You're doing two full-time jobs while calling it one.
The industry taught you how to sell. It never taught you how to build an agency that runs without you.
Agencies don't fail from a lack of motivation.
They fail from a lack of systems.

I became an agent at 23, made MDRT within three years, and ranked top 15 out of more than three thousand.
By my early thirties I had 25 direct agents and $320,000 a year, 60% of it my own selling.
I was the most exhausted man I knew.
Then I lost everything once, and rebuilding from zero taught me what success never did.
At the peak, I paid a mentor running a 900-agent operation to guide me, because he'd already built what I was still figuring out.
That became the system I've spent two decades building: 170+ agents, $18M+ in agency revenue, and 90% of my income from overriding.
I taught it in person for ten years. This is the first time it's online.
Don't take my word for it.
See how 100+ agents completely transformed their business and reclaimed their freedom.

And it's not only these.
My phone is full of messages daily from leaders mid-build the programme, sending their numbers in at midnight.
The pattern's always the same: a leader who thought the gap was in their team finds out the gap is in the lack of system.
When Derek's group was stuck at 70 agents with zero MDRT growth, it wasn't a talent issue.

It was a systems gap.
When Eric's team was just two people, it was the exact same gap on a smaller scale.

If you are sitting on the fence right now, wondering if this is just another program that won't move the needle.
I don't blame you.
You've spent enough money guessing.
It is time to stop guessing.
It's time to build a system.
Nobody ever handed you the blueprint to step back and regain your life, your relationships, and your peace of mind.
I am about to.

Million Dollar Leaders SOLD OUT 7 months in a row.
October is sold out, and enrolment is now open for November.
3 of 12 seats open in the November cohort.
Here's what we're doing...
Our goal is simple: to get your agency to the point where the team chat can wait until after breakfast, and the week still runs.
Money. Meaning. And a lot of Freedom.
I've built my agency to 170+ agents and $18M+ in revenue, and 90% of my income now comes from overriding.
We've helped 100+ agency leaders grow faster than they thought possible.
Leaders like Derek Koh, Group Financial Service Director, Eric Seah, Senior Financial Services Manager, and Benedicta Wugah, Agency Manager...
...as well as unit managers, agency managers and directors from different houses across Singapore and the region.
Over two decades, I've helped them build agencies that run on systems, not on the leader being the bottleneck. Derek's group grew from 70 to 110+ agents in two years. Eric's team of 2 became 12 agents in under 8 months.
And from 1 November, it could be your turn.
We've got a great reputation because we only take on clients we know we can help.
Six weeks. Five documented systems. Three live Zoom sessions with me, and weekly review and feedback from my team.
We Install These Systems In Six Weeks. Engineered for 7-Figure Scale and Total Freedom.

Real deliverables inside your actual agency, not slides you review once and never open again.
Phase 1: Two Weeks of Relief, Foundation and Pipeline
The first two weeks are practical, focused on getting you out of the middle of your own agency and giving you the foundation the next four weeks build on.
We start by mapping your week, to get clear on every task only you do, and decide on the first one you hand off.
We'll use The Bottleneck Audit™ to show you where the agency stops when you step away. Easy to see, easy to assign, and easy to hand over.
Then we'll build The Recruit Profile & Pipeline System, so recruiting stops living in your phone and the right people keep coming in.
In a mix of weekly assignments and team review, we'll sharpen both until they hold. You submit your work, my team reviews it within 24 business hours, and you rework it until it's right.
At the end of week 2, I join you live, with your work open on the screen.
That's Phase 1. Two weeks of building, submitting and reworking, so you're no longer the only person who can do what you do.
Phase 2: Two Weeks of Systems and Structure
Phase 1 is signed off. Now we build the structure that holds your agency up without you.
We take your Bottleneck Audit back to find the biggest gap still sitting on you. Then you build two systems:
Each one is reviewed by my team within 24 business hours and reworked until it holds. Built from your own agents, cases and calendar. Nothing copied from another agency.
At the end of week 4, I join you live with both systems open on the screen.
You finish Phase 2 with two working systems, and an agency that holds its shape on its own.
Phase 3: Two Weeks of Leadership and One System
You leave with all five systems in one documented Agency Operating System™, built in your own voice and ready to keep running long after the six weeks.
What you'll have built by Week 6
The cohort is built for three sizes of agency: teams of 2 to 9, 10 to 49, and 50+ active agents. It's a small group, so I'm looking for the right fit.
We kick off on 1 November, in a group of 12 agency leaders building the same five systems.
Total programme investment: S$2,500
The program starts on 1 November. If you're not satisfied, you have 14 days from the start to ask for a full refund of everything you've paid. Just message our team and we'll process it.
They won't grind for a leader who leads by pressure.
They're already telling us, by leaving.
This generation follows systems, not charisma, not hustle.
They need a system they can see, trust, and grow inside.
Most agency leaders haven't built that yet. Dozens of my agents did, and they're miles further ahead.
Six weeks from now, you could have the same system.
I can only work one-on-one with a handful of people a year, and too many good leaders have stayed stuck because of my calendar.
Both. My senior team runs the weekly review and feedback. I join you live three times, at the end of weeks 2, 4 and 6.
No. The earlier these systems go in, the less chaos they have to replace later.
No. Larger agencies often have the most to gain from documented systems, because more people depend on you.
Five documented systems, built over six weeks, with three live Zoom sessions and weekly review. The full breakdown is in the programme section above.
If we think this programme isn't the right fit for your agency, we'll tell you within 72 hours and refund your payment in full. After the programme starts on 1 November, you also have 14 days to ask for a full refund if it isn't what you expected.
We'll tell you within 72 hours and refund your payment in full. Enrolment closes 27 October.
